Chatham Works is delighted to be hosting a Breast Cancer Awareness Month fitness fundraiser on Sunday, October 18th, benefiting Cape Wellness Collaborative.
This month our members can participate in two concurrent Myzone Challenges, and earn the chance to win some great prizes. Mostly it's all about staying in shape and having fun in the process, but this month's challenge has some special themes.
Cape Wellness Collaborative profiles how Chatham Works' co-founder Lindsay Bierwirth found CWC's free integrative therapies to be of tremendous help in her two fights against cancer, and how Chatham Works is giving back.
