We emphasize functional fitness - not bulky weight machines. But there's not a single exercise you can perform on a machine that we can't teach you how to replicate with the equipment we have available.
Our 1st Floorfeatures:
- Turf Functional Training space with a wide selection of strength and functional training equipment, including dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, resistance bands, and CrossCore suspension trainers.
- Dumbbell area with dumbbells up to 75# and benches.
- Cardio area with 16 pieces of top of the line Precor networked cardio equipment with DirecTV on each screen.
- 7 Concept2 Rowers, 4 SkiErgs, and 2 BikeErgs.

Our Ground Floor includes:
- Dedicated stretching and mobility area.
- Lifting area with landmines, trap bars, and plates.
- Large multi-purpose Group Exercise room.
- The area's only dedicated indoor cycling studio, featuring 19 top of the line Precor Spinner Chrono Power bikes.
- Lockers, 2 showers, and a changing room.
