Personal Training gives you the complete attention of your Trainer in a 1-on-1 format to help you and your Trainer focus on your needs and goals.

While there are many great benefits to the Small Group format, there's no doubt that 1-on-1 Personal Training offers a more intimate and personalized experience that's entirely focused on your individual needs and goals. And while it costs more, like most things in life you get what you pay for!

Small Group Training sessions have 3 to 5 clients in a class, and are led by our experienced (and awesome!) Trainers.

The Small Group format (“SGT”) offers a great combination of the personalized attention of 1-on-1 personal training, plus the social dynamics and extra motivation that come from exercising in a group.

The price point makes it far more affordable than 1-on-1 training. The social element makes it more fun, and clients sometimes find that watching others get coached can enhance their overall learning experience.

Semi-Private Training lets you share the 1-on-1 Personal Training experience with your partner or BFF.
