100% of your Trainer's attention, focused 100% on helping you get to where you want to be through expert programming, guidance, and motivation.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Share the 1-on-1 Personal Training experience with your partner or BFF.
If you're looking for that little extra motivation and accountability that only someone close to you can provide - or just enjoy the added fun of working out alongside your BFF - then Semi-Private is definitely the way to go!
NOTE: Personal Training is not available for purchase online. All booking must take place with the Front Desk. Personal Training sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
