Jason Cartwright
Personal Trainer
A Plymouth native, Jason's passion for helping people be healthy and get in shape started when he was just 15 years old, when he helped his best friend lose over 50 pounds.
He earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from Springfield College in 2010, and then interned with the University of Hartford in Connecticut athletic department, developing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for athletes from multiple sports.
In 2011 he earned his NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification, and decided to refocus on working with people of all fitness levels to help them change their lives through wellness and fitness as he had done for his friend.
While his career has mostly been focused on working with "general population" adults, he has earned specialist certifications for Pre- / Post-Natal Fitness, and working with Parkinson's patients. He has also developed fitness programs for schools and school-aged children.
Jason and his family recently moved to the Cape after living in Florida for a few years. He lives in Dennis with his wife and their young son, Caleb.
