Senior Fitness Classes Now Offered Every Weekday

Building on the success of our longstanding Mon / Wed / Fri 12PM Senior Strength & Mobility classes taught by Brittany Butler, we've now added Movement & Mobility for Active Seniors classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 2PM, taught by Jason Cartwright.

These classes are specifically designed to help older adults improve flexibility, maintain strength and bone density, and enhance balance and range of motion - all in a safe and fun environment.

Participants can attend via Class Passes, or by purchasing a monthly or annual THE WORKS membership.
