WHO THIS IS FOR:
★ People who perform strength training regularly and are ready to take it up a step — in terms of load, structure, and intensity.
★ Cardio-centric exercisers looking to gain muscle mass and optimize their approach to fitness.
★ Current or former GLP-1 patients (semaglutide, tirzepatide) looking to preserve or rebuild lean muscle mass alongside or following medication.
★ Anyone focused on building or protecting bone density and joint and tendon health.
★ Healthy adults without significant movement limitations who are looking to build strength and muscle mass, lose fat, and/or improve their conditioning and athleticism.
Please note that this program is not recommended for people with significant movement limitations or those new to structured exercise — but we're happy to help find a better starting point.
WHAT & HOW YOU'LL TRAIN:
★ Compound strength — Multi-joint movements that work large muscle groups together: squats, deadlifts, presses, rows. The foundation of functional strength and lean muscle development.
★ Explosive power — Integrated plyometric movements — jump squats, kettlebell swings — that build power and athleticism alongside raw strength.
★ High-intensity conditioning — Short bursts of maximum effort on the bike, rower, or battle ropes in place of steady-state cardio. More effective, more time-efficient, and harder to coast through. (Cardio and conditioning are not the same thing!)
★ Bone density protocols — Exercises demonstrated to be specifically effective for preserving and building bone mass, including heavier loading and impact work.
➔ Benefits include - Improved bone density, increased lean muscle mass, better body composition and metabolic health, increased functional strength, and positive effects on cardiovascular health, cognitive function, and mood.

Equipment varies depending on each session's purpose, drawing from our wide assortment of cardio, functional training, and strength equipment — including ERGs (ski erg, bike erg, rowing), kettlebells and dumbbells, trap bar and landmine, resistance bands, agility ladders, hurdles, slam balls, battle ropes, boxes, CrossCores, and more.
