8️⃣ Chatham Works Octathlon - Friday 5/16 @ 9AM

Rotate through EIGHT ten minute stations located throughout our facility - each taught by a different instructor. Plus a Warm-up Station and a Recovery Station. So 10 stations in total (= 100 minutes).
Regular class pricing. Open to members & non-members. Sign-up here (below), at the Front Desk, or using the CW app.
FORMAT:
Modified "shotgun start" with two groups of 8 starting every 10 minutes.
FLOW:
1) Two groups of 8 will start off every 10 minutes beginning at 9AM. Both groups start at an "on-deck" staging area where you'll warm up and receive instructions.
2) From there, each group will proceed through the 8 workout stations. (Group A does Stations 1-8 in order. Group B does Stations 5-8, then 1-4.)
3) After completing all 8 stations, both groups meet back up at the Recovery Station for a final 10 minutes of stretching, cool-down, and breathing.
Please sign up ahead of time! We will text you at 8AM on 5/16 and let you know your designated start time.
