Megan L'Esperance
Indoor Cycling & Group Exercise Instructor
A former Chatham Works member herself, Megan grew up in Vail, Colorado and moved to the Cape in high school. She has always been extremely passionate about living a heathy lifestyle, and her career is focused on helping individuals through recreation and personal fitness.
She has a degree in Recreation Management and Policy from UNH, and has multiple certifications in Therapeutic Recreation, including a ACSM Inclusive Fitness Trainer certification.
After four years working as a Recreational Therapist at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston, she recently moved back to the Cape to work here in Spaulding’s Adaptive Sports program as a Recreational Therapist/Inclusive Fitness Personal Trainer, where she leads individuals in recreational activities including cycling, kayaking, swimming, horseback riding and downhill skiing.
