Booking Overview:

How to Book Classes: We highly recommend that you book using the Chatham Works app. You may also book using the MindBody App, or by logging into your profile via the "Login" links on our website. Finally you can also book by phone (508-469-0123), or in person.

Booking Window: The Class / Open Gym booking window opens at midnight 14 days prior to the day of the class or Open Gym slot, and closes 30 minutes before the class/slot start time.

Waitlist / Notifications: If a class is full, you are encouraged to sign up for the Waitlist. If a spot does open up, you will get a notification text or email asking you to confirm that you want the spot.

  • Text START to 781-332-4043 to make sure you're set up to receive text messages for appointment reminders and waitlist notifications
  • Please make sure your communication preferences are set up to receive account management, reminder, and newsletter communications via both text and email by logging into your profile here.


Pre-Booking Restrictions:

The following policies are in place to help make sure that our limited available class spots are allocated fairly, and that everyone gets an equal chance to get into our classes:

  • Members and Class Pack holders may only pre-book four Indoor classes per week for classes that start during the peak 6AM to 10AM start time window.
  • You may not pre-book any two classes on the same day that start during the peak 6AM to 10AM start time window. However, if there's a spot open in the second class you want to attend we will happily add you starting 30 minutes before the class.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

  • Personal, Semi-Private, & Small Group Training: You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 HOURS before your session. You will be CHARGED IN FULL for all no-shows or late cancellations / reschedules.
  • *Indoor & Outdoor Classes: You must cancel or reschedule at least 12 HOURS before your session. Members will be charged a $15 fee for all no-shows or late cancellations / reschedules. Class Pass holders will lose one pass.
  • Nutritional Consulting, Functional Physical Therapy, & Workshops: You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 HOURS before your session. You will be charged 50% of the full cost for all no-shows or late cancellations / reschedules.

* All members get their 1st Class Late Cancel / No-Show waived, and also get ONE excused Class Late Cancel / No-Show every 45 days.

Please note that we regularly grant forgiveness without penalty for legitimate emergencies like medical matters, etc.
