Starting with an InBody body composition analysis scan, you'll receive individualized guidance on how to fuel your body for your specific goals. You'll learn to think about food as fuel — and to make the choices at the grocery store and dinner table that determine whether the hard work you put in at the gym actually shows up in your results.

The small group format delivers the energy and camaraderie of a group class plus the focused, personalized attention of working with a Personal Trainer.

Space is limited to 6 participants.  Minimum of 5 required.

  • 16 small group training sessions — Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9am, April 21 – June 11
  • Mid-point InBody re-scan to track progress and optimize.

  • Personalized nutrition guidance throughout — macro targets, mindful eating strategies, and accountability.
