Gwen was introduced to yoga over two decades ago at a local gym when she was trying to find ways to continue exercising while pregnant.  What she discovered back then, and continues to discover today, is that yoga is so much more than exercise. It is a practice that, among other benefits, enables us to live in the present, notice the world around us, and appreciate the successes and challenges life offers us every day.  She believes that when we find balance on our mats, may we find balance in the outside world, off our mats.

By teaching yoga, Gwen hopes to help students take an active role in maintaining their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being through engaging sequences, graceful flow, and moving meditation.

Gwen completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification in 2024.
