Our goal is to help you get quicker, stronger, and more prepared for your sport so you can achieve your goals in the coming season, and beyond.

Our Student Athlete Sports Conditioning classes are designed to help high school and college athletes maintain and improve their readiness for the upcoming season(s).

Open exclusively to student athletes aged 14 to 22 years old, these special classes focus on linear and lateral acceleration, foot speed & agility training, strength training, explosive power development, flexibility & mobility work, and conditioning - all in a fun but challenging environment.

Because our programming is “sport-agnostic” by design, it’s beneficial to literally any student athlete who competes on the field, ice, or court.

CLASSES ARE TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS AT 5PM, AND LAST ~50 MINUTES.

Peter Fessenden

Personal Trainer

Peter Fessenden is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, and played Wingback / Wide Receiver each of his four years at Gettysburg College. He has also coached high school football and baseball, and is a former tennis pro. His combined experience both as a player and as a coach means he knows what it takes to prepare student athletes for success.

Participants can sign up and purchase directly from our Class Schedule page.  You can also sign up and manage your account using our Chatham Works app, or contact us for assistance.

Important Information:

  • All participants must have their own profile in our system, and be signed up under the participant’s own name.
  • All minor participants must have a completed Parent/Guardian Waiver & Consent form on file with us prior to participating.  This can be completed by the parent/guardian electronically, or in person.


Logistics:

  • Weather permitting, classes will be held on our stadium quality outdoor turf space behind our building (see above).  In the event of unfavorable weather, we’ll move inside to our indoor turf space.
  • Please bring a water bottle (we have bottle fillers as well as bottled water, H2O Energy Drinks, and Hydrant electrolyte mix available for purchase in our Retail shop), and a towel.
  • Upon arrival, please enter through the front door and check in with the Front Desk.
