All customers are politely reminded that visitors and traveling residents who are returning to the area are directed to self-quarantine for 14 days upon arrival. (Our facility is not a self-quarantine location.)
All customers must read, understand, and sign a contract and waiver prior to using our workspace, and agree to abide by our facility policies.
Upon entry each day, all customers must undergo a brief screening process. All screening data will be retained in the event it might be required to assist in contract tracing. Anyone answering "YES" to any one of the following questions will be politely but firmly denied entry:
Upon entering each day each customer must agree to have their temperature checked with a no-touch forehead thermometer. Anyone with a temperature above 100.4 degrees fahrenheit will be politely but firmly denied entry.
Any customer or staff member exhibiting any symptoms that might be consistent with the symptoms of COVID-19 will be politely but firmly asked to leave and not return for at least 72 hours.
All members will need to wash or sanitize their hands upon entering the building. Soap and hand sanitizer is readily available throughout our facility.
All members will be required to wear cloth face coverings in accordance with CDC recommendations.
We have a limited supply of disposable masks available on site. You are expected to wear your mask when moving about the space or when you know that you will be within 6' of others. Masks may be removed when you are in private offices or while maintaining 6'+ of separation at your workstation. Please bear in mind that wearing a mask is primarily about protecting others. So please be considerate and respectful to those around you.
Members are asked to wipe down workstations and communal areas after use. This includes kitchen surfaces, printer buttons, and any other surfaces others may touch. Sanitizer, disinfecting supplies, and gloves are available at cleaning stations within our space.
Since before we opened last July, our goal was to have an unusually clean facility. (And bear in mind that fitness centers are far more difficult to keep clean than office spaces!) A quick scan of our online customer reviews would suggest that our customers feel that we've succeeded.
We spend a substantial amount on cleaning every month with a commercial cleaning company, and all of our staff are trained to make facility cleanliness a priority.
