Booking Overview:

How to Book: We highly recommend that you book using the Chatham Works app. You may also book using the MindBody App, or by logging into your profile via the "Login" links on our website. Finally you can also book by phone (508-469-0123), or in person.

Booking Window: The Class / Open Gym booking window opens at midnight 14 days prior to the day of the class or Open Gym slot, and closes 30 minutes before the class/slot start time.

Waitlist / Notifications: If a class is full, you are encouraged to sign up for the Waitlist. If a spot does open up, you will get a notification text or email asking you to confirm that you want the spot.

  • Text START to 781-332-4043 to make sure you're set up to receive text messages for appointment reminders and waitlist notifications
  • Please make sure your communication preferences are set up to receive account management, reminder, and newsletter communications via both text and email by logging into your profile here.

Peak Class Pre-Booking Limits:

To make sure that our limited available class spots are allocated fairly, all Members and Class Pack holders may only pre-book three classes per week for classes that start during the peak 6AM to 10AM start time window.

Spots in classes that are not yet full are available for booking starting 12 hours before the class start time. Also, you may sign up on the waitlist for classes that are already full.

Note: We're not trying to limit members' ability to take classes - we're just trying to make sure that everyone gets an equal chance to get into the classes they want.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

Even during normal times, late cancellations and no-shows can negatively impact our business, and make it hard for other members to take advantage of the services we provide. The operational and spacing constraints we face due to COVID-19 make these considerations even more pressing. Therefore to protect the interests of all our customers - and our interests as a business - we will be strictly enforcing these policies:

  • Personal, Semi-Private, & Small Group Training: You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 HOURS before your session. You will be CHARGED IN FULL for all no-shows or late cancellations / reschedules.
  • Indoor Fitness Classes: You must cancel or reschedule at least 12 HOURS before your session. Members will be charged a $15 fee for all no-shows or late cancellations / reschedules. Class Pass holders will lose one pass.
  • Outdoor Fitness Classes: You must cancel or reschedule at least 12 HOURS before your session. Members will be charged a $15 fee for all no-shows or late cancellations / reschedules. Class Pass holders will lose one pass.
  • Open Gym: You must cancel or reschedule at least 2 HOURS before your session. Members will be charged a $10 fee for all no-shows or late cancellations / reschedules. Class Pass holders will lose one pass.
  • Nutritional Consulting, Functional Physical Therapy, & Workshops: You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 HOURS before your session. You will be charged 50% of the full cost for all no-shows or late cancellations / reschedules.

Please note that these Cancellation and No-Show policies were in effect pre-COVID, and these kinds of policies have long been commonplace within our industry. We don't charge fees as a way to generate incremental revenue, but rather as a means to discourage undesirable behavior. And we regularly grant forgiveness without penalty for situations related to medical matters, etc.
