Being a "bad ass" is great.
But the best way to stay safe is to avoid potentially dangerous situations to begin with.
The second best way is to be able to quickly extract yourself to safety.
Having to defend yourself physically and fight someone off should always be a last resort. But if things come to that, you should feel confident in your ability to do enough damage that you're able to get away.

Our Women’s Safety & Self Defense Workshop is designed to teach you lifelong skills that will help keep you and others safe.

You will learn:

1) Enhanced situational awareness to help you avoid potential dangers to begin with, and how to quickly identify your best paths of escape.

2) Strategies to help you evaluate any potential threat as it unfolds in real time, and how to quickly react to keep you and others safe.

3) How and when to act when physically defending yourself is your only remaining option.

NOTE: While this workshop was specifically conceived as a resource for college aged women, the content and lessons are widely applicable. Participants of all ages and genders are welcome to attend.

CAPACITY IS LIMITED TO 20, SO WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU BOOK EARLY TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT!
