Taryn Ritchie

Taryn spent 8 years working at the university level with athletes at Indiana University and prior to that, UNC Chapel Hill, where she earned her Masters degree in Sports Medicine. She has a passion for health and fitness along with healthcare which translates to her own workouts and those that she teaches. Taryn is a former gymnast and enjoys yoga, the beach and recently got married!
