Jon Robertson

Jon is an avid cyclist, experienced instructor, and all-around athlete with a long history of achievement. He has competed successfully in a range of sports—from college football to long-distance sailboat racing on the open ocean. His teaching and first aid experience includes serving as a ski patrolman in the German Alps, as well as spin instructor. He holds a level 2, Rockstar Spin Instructor Certification and is National Safety/CPR trained.

Jon’s first intensive biking experience came in the early 1980s when he competed around the country in bicycle motocross (BMX) races and reached the position of Grand National Champion in his age group. He began to focus on road cycling and spinning in 2007 when he moved to Cape Cod—joining and riding on a regular basis with Cape Cod Cycling Club; finishing in the top five in the Last Gasp; participating 10 times in the Boston-Provincetown ride Bike MS: Cape Cod Getaway; and serving 15 times as a cycling escort for the Boston Marathon.

A marketing executive in the retail services industry, Jon lives East Dennis with his wife Janet.
