Jen embraced Yoga after a bad sports-related injury, and never turned back. She found that the simple art of linking breath to movement in a conscious way helped her both physically and mentally, and made a far more profound impact on her life than she ever would have imagined.
She earned her 200hr. certification, and received her Baptiste Yoga Certification with Baron Baptiste in 2019. She also holds certifications in advanced Lotus Flow™ styles of yoga through Laughing Lotus studios in NYC, and continues to expand her practice and teaching by taking workshops, classes and self-study.
Jen enjoys teaching a fast-paced, fun vinyasa class where the students can make the practice their own. Always offering modifications and encouragement, she leaves her students both challenged and inspired, maybe even with a smile and a few laughs while they're at it.
Originally from upstate New York, Jen first moved to the Cape when she was in high school, and after living in Philadephia for a number of years, returned here with her husband to make the Cod their permanent home. Besides teaching yoga Jen is a photographer and writer. She and her husband share their home with 4 terribly naughty dogs and enjoy taking them on little adventures by the ocean.
