In all, our fitness facility will provide you with 1000's of ways to challenge yourself, enhance your conditioning, improve your body composition, build strength, and increase your mobility and flexibility.
Like many modern fitness centers we've decided to not fill our facility with bulky weight machines. This way we're able to dedicate more space to functional training, which emphasizes basic movement patterns we use in real life. So if your preferred workout regimen is focused on machine circuits or super heavy weightlifting, then we may not be an ideal fit for you.
But more and more athletes and “average Joes” are finding that functional training helps them develop the strength, stability, and mobility they need to thrive in everyday life, and in sports. And it's also a lot more fun than just moving around from machine to machine.

We've also equipped all of our group training areas with MyZone's heart rate monitoring system. MyZone helps you workout smarter, harder, more safely, and more efficiently by letting you see your heart rate and exertion level in real-time. And MyZone can also make working out a more fun and social experience.
