Class Collage

To help you stay healthy and active - and avoid the "corona 15" - during this period of social distancing, we're now offering 3+ live video fitness classes per day.

We're also offering online Personal Training and Nutritional Consulting via live video for clients who want more personalized attention. (For more information please email us or text us at 508-252-8843.)

Our video classes are available free to our members, and are available on a pay-as-you-go basis to non-members via discounted class packs.

As with our "non-pandemic" schedule, we're offering a wide variety of class options to accommodate differing tastes, goals, moods, and conditioning levels. All are taught by our same amazing Trainers and Instructors, from the safety of their homes. And because we know that not everyone has a full arsenal of fitness equipment at their disposal, the workouts require very little (and often no) equipment.

Although we may not end up winning any awards for cinematography or sound design, our staff demonstrate the same level of dedication and professionalism in their online classes as they do in person.

We're all in this together.
While we know that the online experience can never come close to replicating what it's like to take a class live in our facility, we're going to do our very best to deliver a great experience and a great value to participants in our online video classes. So we're giving it our all here, and we encourage you to do the same!

How It Works - Video Classes:

You register for (and buy passes for) our video classes via our app, through our website, or through the Mindbody app - just as you would for a normal Chatham Works class. (See our class schedule here.)

The classes are streamed live via Zoom Video, and available afterwards on-demand.

About 15 minutes prior to the class, we'll email you the Zoom Video link and login details.

  1. Create a free account on Zoom Video, and download their app to the device of your choice.
  2. Spend a few minutes familiarizing yourself with the interface, and make sure you have a solid wifi connection.
  3. Set up your home workout space, and - depending on the class - grab whatever equipment you might require. (If you need to get creative by repurposing some household items, here are some pointers!)
  4. Log in to the class a few moments before the assigned start time. Your microphone and camera will be set to "OFF" by default. (But we often chat a bit after each class, which is a nice way to keep in touch.)

PRO TIP --> If you have a smart TV or Apple TV, you can mirror your device screen on your large screen TV for an even fuller video experience.
