We recommend that you book using the Chatham Works app. Your username will be the email address that is associated with your account.

If you're coming in for a class, you can check yourself in using the iPad on the counter at our Front Desk.
If you're coming in for Open Gym, Personal Training, Physical Therapy, Nutritional Consulting, Massage, or our Workspace, please check in verbally with our Front Desk staff.
In the Chatham Works app, click "profile", then "passes", and it will show how many class credits you have remaining on your active pricing option (Membership or Class Pass Pack).
You can also see this information when you check in for a class using the check-in iPad at our Front Desk.
NOTE: The number of classes you'll see listed as remaining will take into account any future classes you have booked.
All members - including Basic Gym members - can buy add-on classes for just $10/class, vs. the $25 non-member rate. You can buy an add-on class from the Chatham Works app, from your online account, or at the Front Desk.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1) Uninstall the app, reboot your phone, and reinstall the app.
2) If you still experience problems, clear your DNS settings by doing the following:
Go to Settings -->
Select "Apps", and find the Chatham Works app -->
Select "Storage" -->
Click "Clear Cache"
[You may have to also “Clear Data”.]
We have two showers in our Ground Floor locker area. Please bring your own towel, and as is always the case when using a public shower we recommend that you wear sandals. (And that's a great reason to buy yourself a pair oof Oofos upstairs in our Retail shop!)
1) Log into your account, and click on the My Info tab.
2) Select the Purchases submenu.
3) Refine the timeframe as needed.
4) Press Ctrl + P on a PC or Cmmd + P on a Mac, to print this screen for your records.
